With this set you get a set of Car Seat for dogs and fur case for it.
Description of the products in the set
It was important for us to create a car seat that has an airbag effect for the dog and that restricts dog's movement to some extent. This is why we created a car seat that has high borders which do not allow for the dog to fall out. There is a little leash inside that attaches to the pet's harness that keeps the dog in place.
Moreover, you car salon will be scratchless and without fur all over the place - all of this will be inside the pet car seat.
The pet seat is attached to the car seat or the headrest with a strap.
We have also designed a Fur Case. Lining made of sheepwool will be a cozy and warm addition to your Auto-Pony dog car seat.
It is made of: Sheepwool, Polyester on the inside and Buttons
We do not recommend using the pet seat as a carrier.

We will assemble and ship your order within 1-3 business days after your purchase.
We ship parcels by post, you can chooseone of the following options at the check-out: economy, priority, EMS. Depending on the post service of your country, the parcel will either be delivered to your door or you will have to pik it up at the post office.
We ship from EU, tax and customs fees are not included and are paid by the customer locally. Please refer to official governmental resources for information regarding taxes&customs fees.

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Order is an abbreviation for Pre-paid Pre-Order.
If you see "Pre-order" button instead of "Buy" button in the product card, it means that this product is out of stock at the moment.
But you can still order this product and others that you are interested in.
By placing an "Order" you leave a request for a product to be made especially for you. As soon as the product ordered comes from our warehouse, your order will be delivered to our courier service and you will be notified.
How does Pre-Order work?
After you place an "Advance Order" you will receive a link to pay.
After paying for the "Pre-Order", the information about the products you choose goes to production, where our seamstresses work on making it.
Once the order is ready and arrives at the warehouse, you will be contacted by a manager to clarify all the details for delivery.
We recommend to order the goods by "pre-order" as a separate order. This way you do not have to wait for the items that are in stock and can be delivered to you in the near future.
When do I have to pay for Pre-Order?
We pay for Pre-Order at the time of checkout. The payment is 100% of the pre-order price.
I won't be forgotten?
We record all pre-orders received from customers in our system and give them a status of "Pre-Order". As soon as the goods arrive in stock, the order will move to "Ready to Ship" status.
How long do I have to wait for a Pre-Order item?
We try to replenish all our products and inventory as quickly as possible. Because of the high demand for our brand products, we have to wait longer for some items.
That's why we have set the waiting time for "Pre-Order" to be 25-30 days.
What should I do if I have any question after "Pre-Order"?
After placing and paying for your pre-order, you can always contact us and get the latest information about the status of your pre-order.
